Construct PDF

Construct PDF is a free PDF editor for work and study. Everything you usually do with PDFs — in one program, with no sign-up, ads or watermarks.

Edit text right in PDFs and scans: the program matches the document's own font, so a corrected date or number looks original. Stamps and signatures on scans are detected as separate objects — move them to another document. Redact personal data so it cannot be found or copied, and fill in forms.

Merge and split files, rotate and number pages, compress to a target size and see the result before saving, recognize scans in Russian and English, save PDFs to Word and Excel, and compare two versions of a document. Digital signatures (GOST, via CryptoPro) are supported for Russian users.

Documents are processed on your computer and never sent anywhere; the internet is only used to check for updates, and you can turn that off. Runs on Windows 7–11; a Linux beta and a free online editor are also available.
